Cancelation Policy

According to the article 3 of EOT's regulation that controls the relationship of hotel owners with their customers (article 8 of Law 1652/1986, FEK 167 A'), the policy of Nakli traditional guesthouse on cancellations is the following:

 

“Whoever orders rooms in order to use them for a predefined period of time and finally doesn't use them for the whole or part of the period, must refund the hotel owner with half the price agreed for the period of time he didn't use the rooms. If the customer has informed the hotel owner at least 21 days in advance, then he doesn't have to refund, and the hotel owner is obligated to return any payment made in advance by the customer.”
